Very Good
Traveller Type: family with young children
: Cleanliness, size, balcony, pool, door code instead of room key
: Needed more towels and toilet paper, mattresses on bed and pull out need to be replaced badly and it took forever for dryer to dry a load of clothes *it had to be restarted multiple times* garbage disposal didn't work, needed a broom and dust pan and and a hair dryer

Very Good
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : location was good
: coffee pot had grinds in it. The clothes hamper had dirty towels in it. Could have been cleaned better than it was

Poor
Traveller Type: young couple
: I was given a code for a lockbox. Code didn’t work. We weren’t able to lock our door from the outside the entire time we were there. I left voicemails that were not answered.
: Marijuana odor everywhere!!!! Floors were swept but not clean. My granddaughter was there during the day and stained her pants from crawling on the floor. Disgusting!
