  : The location was amazing.Very close to the beach.Great area to stay.
  : We arrived in the evening after 6 Hour drive to a vacation home that was extremely dirty. Thick dust on the furniture, stained welcome mat , unclean and moldy shower, fresh food crumbs and stuck on food on the couch, dirty patio furniture and holes in the screens, no garbage bags, porch lights not working. All of the furniture is so dated and miss matched, but having to sleep in someone else’s filth is unacceptable. I called the company immediately and sent pictures, they said they could send someone the next afternoon to clean, but at that point I already had to clean as much as I could myself so that I would be able to at least sleep there and did not want their people coming in with all of my personal items and valuables in the unit. This is why you clean before your guests arrive! When I messaged them that they needed to refund the cleaning fee, they said they would send me $100, which I appreciated… Then when I checked the booking agreement, I realize the cleaning fee had been $294! They have refused to refund the rest of the cleaning fee; again unacceptable. The unit was left much cleaner than it was received, so gross and very disappointing.
