  : The House itself was clean, both the rooms were great and all the utensils were brand new. The location is fantastic and the balcony is huge. Overall a satisfactory stay.
  : We spent one hour trying to find our parking spot. Tried calling Vacasa help desk twice but they were unsure about the local parking. After taking to a few folks around, we were told that the parking ticket is in the room, but there is nothing there. Again we tried calling Vacasa and we were informed that we would need to go to another hotel lobby to collect our parking pass, which was very unprofessional. Hence we would definitely better security and management to welcome the guests.

  : Everything. Place was dirty. Glass in carpet. Blood stained sheets. Grime in bathtubs. Lack of linens. This place was terrible

  : I did not like the fact that the room had a fishy sour mildew smell, the room was not cleaned properly. before getting in bed,we pulled the sheets back and there were sand on the bed sheets under the comforter and the cleaners left a used body bar of soap in the tub, extra cover and pillows in the closet were not stored properly(they were laying on the floor in the closet instead of on the shelf that’ in the closet. The ironing board was burnt and nasty and the iron leaked water and did not work at all, the living roomFurniture was outdated, nasty and very stained up. The bedroom mattresses are worn and sinks in the middle.
