: I loved the vibe. The gardens were great. The room was clean and comfortable.
: The bathroom was a death trap as someone who is visually impaired. Very slippery and no non skid mats provided.

: Location, amenities, poolside dining; the gardens were beautiful. Rooms were spacious. I was on the ground floor so I liked the large patio off the back. I was surprised that most buildings were motel-like in that our door opened onto parking lot. However, a co-worker was in a building that was hotel-like, with doors opening into internal hallway.
: My incidentals were not replenished by housekeeping when emptied. A small detail but it did create an inconvenience. The anchor device for the handheld shower was improperly placed so it was difficult to adjust the shower head as it would not aim straight down. I had to use it as a handheld most of the time.

: The pool and the ability to have happy hour by the pool was a treat! I would recommend a stay there for that reason alone if you have kids! The grounds with the gardens were super lovely. Being able to go back and forth between the pool/restaurant and room was great, especially with kids.
: The room itself was quite odd to me. It felt stuffy, warm, hard, and dark. There was a strong smell of an unpleasant cleaning product that did not dissipate. It was hot summertime and the A/C was not central, so in my bed I had cold air and everywhere else it was warm, with no circulation to clear the stuffiness. It felt dark and hard like a basement. I will try a different type of room next time!

: Rooms are good but a little used/… Sofa was not made when arrived after midnight… had to sleep in king size bed with three people until next day
