  : This Wexler house was located in the Rancho Vista Estates where there are as many as 70 other houses designed by the same architect. There was a well maintained park around the corner from our rental where we could easily walk our dog. The back yard was very large, completely enclosed and a great place for our dog to run and chase balls. The sliding glass doors from 3 bedrooms to backyard were practical. There was lots of lawn furniture but we had to clean everything ourselves. There was a great mountain view from the living room, front deck and patio. The project manager tried to help but there were too many things wrong with the house.
  : This Wexler designed house was in a sad state of neglect. The floors were so scratched that we could not tell if the marks were dirt, scratches or dead bugs, often all three. The living room furniture, beds, linen, towels and some rugs need upgrading. One of the blinds broke off its attachment the first day. The kitchen gas stove was old and seemed too dangerous to use. Most of the burners did not work unless hand-lit. The house alarm went off every day at the same time, first beeping, then raging. The house did have a pool but it was filthy and the maintenance person, incompetent. We spent most of our time cleaning and trying to get things cleaned or repaired.
