  : The house is located in a great area central to grocery stores, restaurants, and freeways. We got to the house and it was very easy to find the keys and access the house. The house was clean and the amenities were great. There were plenty of towels for us to use (5-6 people total) without having to wash them after each swim. We first noticed that one of the bathroom showers had a leak, but the host immediately fixed this after they were notified. The pool and hot tub was a great size. We probably had the pool heated to a toasty 90 degrees around half the time and we did not incur additional charges. It was great that the rental came with a $500 utility credit because most other rentals charge guests for utilities. The best part was that the owner allowed pets without charging an additional fee as we reserved through Booking.com.
  : The washer and dryer were a bit small, so it took us longer to wash everything we needed; but it worked great otherwise. The pool and hot tub were a bit tricky to operate and there was one point during the trip where it did not heat properly and the hot tub produced no jets The host was quite attentive to get this fix though. The worst part of the trip was dealing with the pool service. They were never to be found after assuring the host they would check in with us. At one point, he just put the hose in the pool to level it off and then just left. If we had not noticed that, we would have had a flooded back yard. When we did finally see him, he was rude and dismissive, trying to convince me there was nothing wrong with the pump and heater, until I showed him pictures. This is definitely not on the host, but more on the service vendor they chose.
