  : Total rip off !! The extra fees are a ton . They definitely dont add up to what you get for the money. I had requested that the pool was heated when I made the reservation. The pool was not heated or usable . The entire reason we stayed there was to have a private pool over spring break and we were not able to use the pool the entire time. There are many better properties in better locations that have way better pools. I tried to contact the property as soon as we checked in. They told me that someone would come and help. That never happened. I got a complete run around. The second day they told me that I needed to request that the pool be heated when I made the reservation, which I did . They also told me that I needed to pay more money for the pool to be heated , which I would have paid but was not able to get a hold of anyone to help. They continuously pass you from one person to the next and no one ever calls back or helps in any way. No one had ever told me about paying extra for the pool prior. There are so many extra fees they add on that I cant believe the heated pool wasnt in the price already. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable as well. I have done a lot of traveling, stayed in many different places and locations some great some ok . I have never written a review before . I am writing this so that no one gets ripped off as badly as we did. I feel very strongly that they ripped us off and that they do this to people all the time ! Please dont stay here!
