: At check in I asked for extra pillows and a rollaway bed since I booked for 3 people. No extra bed and didn't receive any extra pillows. I asked if we could change rooms and the boy said no they were fully booked. The room smelled of mold as soon as we walked in. I'm allergic to mold! After taking off my shoes and attempting to walk around the bed I stepped onto the rug squishing with water from the A/C. One of my guests went down to the front desk because we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. New person at the desk was extremely nice. She said she was so sorry about the room and would let management know but there were no rooms available. I could go on and on but I'm sure you get the gist by now.
: Having to set all night with kleenex stuffed in my nose due to the smell. Very little sleep we packed and went down stairs to meet with management. Front desk girl was very nice. I told her I waned a full refund and she said management was on the phone but she would have her come and talk with me. When management came to our table the first thing out of her mouth was that No One Else Had Complained!!!!! After a lengthy conversation she said she would check out the room herself and left and came back a few minutes later. She said if I would have let them know before 8pm they could have give me a different room......! I said again I asked for that at check in at 5pm and was TOLD no rooms available. As for the extra pillows the new night woman gave us 4. The day guy didn't tell me we had to come and get them ourself... When the management came back to our table she was now all apologetic. After checking the night notes and the room. She said she would give better instructions to the night boy and asked to please give them another chance. I want a refund on this room period. I will be posting my reviews on public media, FB, YELP and etc. In a couple of days. I would appreciate a response from corporate prior to that. Thank you.
