  : Close to Corning. Air conditioner worked. Sheets appeared to be clean. Faucet in bathroom seemed fancy for the room. Hot water and water pressure in shower were good. Grab-n-go breakfast included wrapped granola bars and single-serve cereal.
  : We have idea how there are decent reviews online. Photos online only show very select angles of the rooms and property, so don't they tell the full story. The property's photos of the beds and fireplace in the office make it look pretty nice. In reality the outside property looked rundown and cleaning staff left a garbage bag of towels out in front of room. A run-down exterior would not lead us to give a bad review since we have stayed at many different non-luxury motels and don't judge a book by its cover. The issue we had was that the room reeked of stale smoke and dog urine, which never went away even after opening the door to air it out. Tables in the room were sticky and this remained after wiping with antibacterial wipes. One towel had a concerning orange stains. Did not feel comfortable sitting on any furniture or taking anything out of the luggage. Old rust and hard water stains were in the toilet. Thankfully, we were only here for one night. We all showered, got into bed, and left as soon as we could in the morning. If we had not already paid, we would have gone somewhere else.
