  : Not clean. Blanket covered in human and dog hair dirty tooth pick and socks left behind.

  : Nice house, by the river shore, 15 minute walk to old downtown and the hot springs.
  : Too pricey for the type of house. Pictures on Booking.com were very disseving, houses are packed together next to each other on one side, on the other side, the road ...literally out of your bedrooms windows ( sometimes gets really loud) We had 3 rainstorms and the roof was leaking right in the staircase. I booked in booking.com (where I reserve most of my travel) and all the sudden I started receiving several emails from "Vacasa" to get my info and the other travelers info. Then I got phone calls. It become a bit too much.

  : Location right by the river
  : The exterior is in dire need of care: stain on railing and steps front and back is worn off. The gas grill was so grungy, I would not let food near it. The cottonwoods had large dead branches. The entire outside is very poorly maintained. There are two large broken floor tiles in the lower bathroom. This location was chosen because of the location by the river. Vacasa did not allow me to preview, even though I live in town and was flexible. Living spaces and furnishings do not live up to equivalent other vacation rentals. At a cost of 300 per night for seven nights, this was a tremendous disappointment. Have several pictures which I would be glad to share.
