  : The location was good. Parking at the location was also good. Front desk Personal was trying their best.
  : The room was not cleaned properly, there was hair in the bed sheets, and these were looking old and dirty. We had to ask for new ones and change it ourselves, as there was no service available at the time. The air condition was not controllable and very loud, we had to ask to switch it off centrally. Breakfast was basic, and it was closed exactly at 9:30

  : Very good location. It was in the center of every spot we wanted to go and see. Nice room, clean and comfortable.
  : Some staff was a bit ignorant. It is annoying reception staff saying you cant have it cause breakfast is about to end when you are just asking for a fork and there are still 5 minutes to time.

  : I slept well here. The room and lobby were clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk gave me the phone number for the local bus service and called to make sure he'd given me the correct change. The price was better than many of the other hotels in the area, though they were all higher because of the holiday weekend.
  : There were little things that just made the place seem less than special. I arrived at 1:00 pm. Instead of looking to see if my room was available, the front desk clerk just said: "checkin is at 3:00. Come back at 2:30 or 3." No big deal, and completely understandable, but often a room is available if you arrive after noon. Also, breakfast was included, but the hot food station was empty when I was down there at 8am. The attendant came out with some more eggs and sausage, but only a small amount that wasn't nearly enough for the people who were waiting. Also, they had a nice laundry room for the guests, but the cost of a load plus detergent was $10. This may not sound like much, but in most chain hotels you can do a load in the washer and dryer for $5 or less. The various things just added up to an impression of lower quality service.
