  : Location, view, decks and privacy as expected. Home decor beautiful.
  : Downstairs shower unusable, one door off track, track bent. No control to even turn shower head on. No satellite TV only Roku. Satellite TV was listed as one of the amenities.Lower floor TV unusable, no cords. Food on floors and carpeting upon arrival.Couches filthy, had to cover with beach towels.Pots and pans had ash/soot on bottoms and sides. Had to scrub them before using.Stove gas burners caked with ash/soot.House difficult to enter, electronic key pad didn't function properly. Had to call Meredith Lodging to obtain the code to get a physical key from lockbox. Upon arrival there was a black garbage pail and a blue recycle pail out front. Both were empty. At some time Tuesday night before trash pickup Wednesday morning someone switched the blue pail with a completely full green pail full of garbage?????? Master bedroom back door blinds broken. No light bulbs on lower deck and bedroom lamp. We found extra bulbs in laundry room and replaced them. Laundry left in dryer from previous renter. I folded the laundry. Meredith Lodging wanted to have Jim from maintenance come over during our stay to fix a couple of the problems. These issues should have been repaired before we arrived.
