  : Unfortunately the Hotel was overbooked and didn’t tell me or notify booking at all, so when I showed up I got turned down and had to find a new Hotel. It was prepaid and took a while to get my money back so it caused quite the inconvenience. They should have notified me and canceled in booking, but that didn’t happen. So it was quite stressful for me.

  : The location was perfect (close to highway and food). the price was also great. water pressure in shower was great. it was easy to get in / out of the room.
  : The toilet was challenging for my family member who had suffered a stroke (too close to ground) and needed help on getting up. The AC unit also struggled a bit to cool the room down.

  : I had requested ADA room and there wasn’t any in the hotel. My husband is handicapped and requires ADA accommodations so it made it very difficult for him to function. The towel rack fell off of the wall, toilet paper holder fell on the floor, bath tub stopper not functional. The entrance and hallways were very hot and uncomfortable. Luckily the room air conditioner worked great

  : Everything was dirty no blankets a/c was broke door key was glitched out stains on furniture unbearable oders and i only stayed one night they charged me for 4.

  : The room was decent, though we didn’t spend much time in it as we traveled for a convention.
  : The AC in our room didn’t work at all, it blew out air, but the air was never cool. We tried to make use of the fan function and kept the window open, but by the third day the AC began emitting a grinding noise, so we just had to completely shut it off. The thermostat was also erroring out for our whole stay, and never dropped below 79 degrees, and that was almost always at night or in the early morning. Our toilet also clogged on the first day, and when we brought it up with the front desk associate, he just handed us a plunger wrapped in a trash bag to bring back when we were finished fixing it ourselves, stating that it was the only plunger in the building. Needless to say, we’re not gonna stay here again. The building never smelled clean, there was always a stuffy musk coming from somewhere, and each night there was someone talking very loudly outside either our window, or our door. The key also never worked properly, we’d have to swipe it at least three or four times to access our room.
