: This place is walking distance from the place I wanted to surf, it was perfect for me and 3 friends. The kitchen had everything you need and the place was really cozy.
: The ceilings are small going upstairs, I hit my head a lot. Also, they advertise as having Netflix when they just have the app downloaded so you can log into your own account. Not a huge deal, but annoying for sure.The couch was more comfortable than the beds.

: The cobwebs, dirty skylight, the yard is not maintained, the pan hanger was covered with grease. It could use a new full mattress. We still love the home.

: Short walk to beach access and parking. Charmingly decorated from art to patchwork quilts. Great that they allow dogs.
: Price seems out of line with amenities. Only sleeps four. Full mattress instead of a queen. One bathroom. Carpet upstairs is odorous. No dishwasher. I wouldnt recommend staying here if you are tall- bedrooms are not dormered with low awkward ceilings, big - two people in a full is a little tight, or need to navigate the stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

: No tea or coffee in the house, no dishwasher or place to dry the dishes. Check out a bit early, at 10 am.
