  : The staff were kind and accommodated us the best they could
  : We were moved to a King Suite on the lower level in case my wife needed to use a walker. Very kind of staff to do that, however, the room smelled so badly of smoke and the door was very hard to open. The second night we were to stay there, we could not get into our room. Neither key worked so the handy man took the door knob off and we were moved to a different king suite. Same thing, absolutely smelled like smoke and no matter what we did, we couldn't get rid of the smell. Even the sheets and blankets and towels smelled like smoke. Old hotel, not the cleanest. Flies in both rooms we were up trying to kill so we could sleep. Breakfast was rolls or wrapped sweets and coffee. We didn't indulge. Also, booking.com said hurry and book you are getting the last king suite and when we got there they had several. Gimmick. Dishonest on booking.com's part plus they said there had been upgrades made to the hotel. No, very dishonest of the website. Won't stay there again. Grateful to be home.

  : Very unhappy with our stay in room 215. We wanted No smoking and the room next door 216 was smoking blowing towards our room making an unpleasant smell, and then throwing the butts all over the ground outside as we walked by. The room upstairs was loud and fighting all night!
