  : The location was near everything you’d want to be close to.Beaches were about an hour out which wasn’t so bad. There’s also two pools, one has a whole clubhouse with a bar poolside and also a kiddy pool perfect for toddlers. The condo was immaculate! Staff responded to every question or need in a timely manner. We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t wait to come back to Orlando!

  : They did take good care of us, even though the comments seemed snarky. When we asked for toilet paper, they provided the number we requested. The condo itself was exactly like the pictures, and it was perfect for 8, which is is exactly the number of people we had. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Orlando. It was so much more reasonable than a hotel, price wise. It was also reasonably quiet at night. The pool and hot tub were really nice as well. They do provide some dishes and cooking pans. The plates and bowls were glass and ceramic, so we opted to pick up disposable stuff since we had kids with us. The washer and dryer work well. There is plenty of parking despite not being able to park close to the entrance of your condo sometimes. There is a tv in each room, and they worked fine for the short time we were in the condo each time. It was great to come back to the condo each night because it was like being able to go home each night even though we live 15 hours away.
  : Some of the responses to my questions were a bit snarky. They only gave us one towel per person, and if you're like most of the females that went with us, we sometimes need two when we shower. The only toilet paper was what was on the rolls when we arrived initially. There was no broom or dust pan. I'm guessing we were supposed to use the vacuum, but I personally prefer a broom and dust pan. We did have to find the clubhouse to pick up our passes for the pool. The parking gets congested because it's first come first serve. This made it hard to park anywhere close to our condo when we came back late at night. The wifi wasn't the best, and something at the condo blocked us from using our personal phone data unless we signed into the wifi. There was a few minor cosmetic issues like scratches on the table under the placemats, a loose ring on a curtain, the blinds on the door leading to the balcony make a lot of noise when you open and close it, and a drawer handle missing a screw.
