Quality Inn & Suites Orlando Airport

Very Poor
Traveller Type: young couple
  : Nothing
: The couch in the room is a mess my and my husband couldn't even sit in it. The front desk person was horrible when I checked in the morning when I checked out it was worst they act like it's just your money they want nothing else. I will never stayed there again.

: The location near Orlando International Airport was very convenient for our travel. We were able to check in very last since our flight landed after midnight.
: The next morning, I developed at least a dozen itchy bug-bite welts on the side of my body that was under the covers of the bed. They spanned from my right shoulder, down my side, on my butt and onto my right leg. The first ones that I noticed where on my shoulder, so I thought something bit me outside while walking to breakfast, but shortly thereafter, I noticed the ones on other parts of my body. My friends thought they looked like bed-bug bites, but I'd never experienced that before. One friend developed a similar welt on his knee.Breakfast was a choice of biscuits and gravy, a pancake-making machine, yogurt, and (I think) cereal. If you like biscuits and gravy, great, but I wasn't a fan. There was no real protein option other than the fruit-flavored yogurt.

: The room was very spacious. The very well working refrigerator was very convenient.
: The remote control for the TV needed new batteries. and the digital clock LED was broken.

Good

  : Location
: Long term guests smoking and chatting the whole night right in front of my door. Water and walls of the pool really dirty.

: Breakfast in this place is by far the worst I have ever had. Only hot food is very dry scrambled egg and sausage which if you arrive around 8:30, it would be gone. They never refill the hot food. And they don’t even allow you to take the food to your room to eat. Front desk staff especially the morning one was not friendly at all. He sat outside and let the people wait for checking out ( he was informed that people were waiting inside for him).
: Bed is comfortable. Room is very dated and bathrooms. But at least the room is clean

: Overall this was a great stay!
: The room could have been cleaned a little better. There was black hair all over the room and in shower
