: Attitude- first night checked in with my family at 22:30 to find out AC could not be turned off. Called reception, they sent the maintenance guy who tried fixing it, said fan would stop blowing in 10-15 mins, which did not happen, he came back to try again and said again that the fan would stop blowing in 10-15 mins. When I called to inform it did not stop, I was informed the maintenance guy already left, so apparently he was just telling it to me to stretch time until his shift was over ☹️.45 mins after I checked in, while my family and little kids were super tired and finally fell asleep, I walked to the reception to ask for help and ask for a room where I could sleep only until the morning, when I could move my family as well, because I could not sleep with that fan blowing so strongly on my face. the security guy was super nice and helpful, and put me on the phone there with a certain Ralf. For 30-40 mins they insisted that: 1. They could not change the room. 2. They could change but all the family would have to move, meaning I would have to wake up my small kids and make a move already after midnight. 3. They first said it was protocol, then said the room we would move from will be marked as available (not possible because nobody could use it until the morning), then they claimed it was for security reasons, because someone may walk into my family room which was alerting.After begging and explaining they finally gave me the extra room until the morning when I also moved my family and our stuff.The experience was horrible, the treatment of the customer was horrible!!! I wouldn’t wish it to anyone.It was Ralf’s superior, I cannot remember her name, who was dictating him what to say, and tortured me and my family late at night. Apparently she does not have a family because she was nothing but cold hearted manager, who cared nothing about the hotel customers and their feelings as human beings.
