  : The hotel is very basic, with close to zero service offered to guests. The room was decent, without any remarkable aspect. It would be a decent option to travel on a budget. The best thing to me was the gym, which is actually nice compared to the rest of facilities.
  : We booked via Booking.com and chose an option which included breakfast for 11 euros more per person per day.However, upon our arrival we were informed that "the hotel does not offer breakfast". Even though I showed the receptionist my booking confirmation which said very clearly "Breakfast included", they told us that "this must have changed since you booked..." They suggested that we go to the hotel next door and have breakfast there and said that they would leave a note in the system about that. This was the first problem. The second problem we encountered, still related to breakfast, was that because "there was no breakfast" we were never informed of the breakfast hours in the hotel next door (also a Marriott hotel). The next day we saw that some people had vouchers for breakfast, which would be a logical solution for our situation. Then I went to the receptionist (a different person from the one who did our check-in) to ask for vouchers to solve our breakfast problem and they said "Breakfast is only until 10am" so we missed breakfast. Next day, we went down at 9h30 to eat breakfast (which was supposedly until 10am) and the same receptionist of the day before said "Breakfast is over, it was only until 9h30". Although the day before she had told us it was only until 10am, she never mentioned that on weekdays the breakfast was until 9h30. Which caused us to miss breakfast once again.Overall, this made our stay which could have been very positive, very frustrating. The staff is not properly informed, they do not provide accurate information or enough information to guests. At no time did they try to address the situation with our breakfast which we paid for and never could enjoy, and there is no way to contact management (no emails, no information signs, nothing in the hotel indicating a way to contact) as there is no manager in the premises.

  : While I was using the men's room in the lobby, a cleaning woman walked right in without knocking and proceeded to clean as I was in stall.

  : I liked the hotel; the rooms were clean, nice, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, and the staff who helped us, Gary (who assisted us with the check-in) and Maria (who prepared part of the breakfast), were very friendly and kind. Overall, the hotel price was reasonable, but before adding parking fee..
  : However, I was disappointed with the additional $27 charge for parking. While I understand paying for parking in some instances, this charge seemed unreasonable given the circumstances. The parking was an open, standard lot in front of the hotel where I had to park the car myself. There was no added security, valet service, or restricted entrance that would justify the fee. Moreover, this charge was not mentioned on the website so that guests are aware beforehand. They only tell you when you're there, leaving you with no other option but to pay.

  : Our room leaked from rain. Our shower was completely stopped up. We had to be moved to a downgraded room. Our door handle was broken. They ran out of towels and wash clothes daily and I had to go downstairs to retrieve them daily bc it took forever for them to bring them up.

  : The property was nice, the staff and system is the problem.
  : The staff do not know what they are doing, they are very nice but do not know what they are doing. Stayed from the 25th of July to the 27th. There was supposed to be only parking and a deposit taken out, I noticed an extra $75 was taken from the account, which the money was part of our funds to do things out there, I asked them about it the guy at the front said it was a mistake the system took an extra deposit, I said I need that money for our trip that i need it back right away he didn’t want to do it I had to go back up and complain more for him to release it but that still didn’t help because they can’t put it right back like how they took it. Then they’re telling me that the system will keep taking money if it feels it needs more, I told her that that’s crazy you can’t just keep charging peoples card for no reason when you already held the money you needed for the stay, I even called up 3-4 days before and talk to her and asked what all we will be paying she said parking and deposit with the amount of the room which was no problem, but you can’t take extra money like it’s your personal bank. I wasn’t the only one, there was a bunch of people having the same issue. I want a full refund for my troubles and birthday trip being ruined we had to stay at the hotel and couldn’t do anything because they took the extra money. I would never stay here again my card is not your personal bank for you to keep charging when you feel like it. You cannot take extra deposits when you already held the money you were suppose to.
