  : Condo was a nice size - plenty of room for the family.
  : The floors to the condo appeared to be clean, but were nasty! Our feet stayed black as if the floors were never mopped. The shower was not cleaned from the previous occupant's hair - a good housekeeper would have noticed it. Many panels were missing from the blinds so you could see EVERYTHING in other condos at night. Not appropriate for kids to sleep in the living room. The pool was beautiful.... amazing....and freezing.

  : Not having to pay the front desk $55 to get a parking pass. I have a handicapped tag & placard. I won't go back because of that. Also, I had to wait till exactly 4pm. To use the door code.

  : When we arrived the condo was not clean. It had someone elses dirty clothes under the bed, bed sheets were dirty, holes in almost every wall, toilet would barely flush and curtains would not close. I could continue to make a list of how bad this condo was. It looked like it was never cleaned or has ever been clean before. I should have paid for a motel 6 because this condo was not worth the price I paid.

  : The property was quiet. We never heard our neighbors and that was awesome. Loved the coded key entry. Family/friends could come and go as we all pleased.
  : We didn't get the condo we rented. Booking.com said they held a unit and then gave us a unit based on our "preferences". How do you know what I prefer in my home? I wanted the unit I saw online and originally reserved, not the unit I got. I paid more for the unit I reserved for a reason. I didn't get a refund once we were moved. We were never told we would be moved. The property was mostly empty. Why not give us the unit we wanted? The unit we were given was outdated, had a table to only hold 4 people eventhough 6 can sleep there. Kitchen table top wobbled. Towel bar falling off the wall. Holes throughout walls in master bedroom. The lazy river was closed as well as most of the outdoor pools. We weren't compensated for the lazy river being closed, but others who stayed at the property with a different rental company were compensated quite well (percentage off, offered to move properties, comp tickets to amusement parks, etc). Parking wasn't included and was $11/night. That would have been nice to know when making the reservation.
