  : I did not like anything about the place #1 the sink was clogged, and water just stayed there #2 the bathroom tub was clogged also i call the front desk and they sent a young guy to my room and he took pictures of the water standing in the sink #3 the bed felt like i was actually sleeping on the ground never have i ever laid on a bed that was that hard. I call to front desk about it and was told " I'm sorry you are having a bad night" #4 this was the straw that broke the camel back I was eating by BEDBUGS and i showed it to the manager the next morning and all he could say is that they had the exterminator out before and that he did a good job, well he didn't and i have pictures to prove it and then they said that they could not refund me my money back and i paid for 2 days. And he said that they couldn't refund me my money so i told him that i was going to take it to court then he writes on my receipt that they will refund me the day that i didn't stay i don't agree with that because i paid for safety and comfort and i didn't get it. I had to go to the ER because it was so bad and i don't feel like i should pay for anything i will let the Judge make that decision and I'm not going to be asking for no apology and hopefully this will make them clean and do better about the care of people that stay and think that the place is clean but it's not.
  : everything listed above, I am saving my pictures for court. I also spoke with Booking.com and complained about the problem and all they said is that their policy does not allow refund or to make the guest made whole ok do they policy speak about the bedbug's infestation.
