: We like the location, parking and the bed was comfy. The room had a mini fridge which allowed us to store leftovers. We never knew there was a park in OOB -it’s nice and it’s right next to this motel (down a path).
: The room needed some love. The bathroom was tight and a bit moldy. The AC was older and loud and vibrated the wall the bed was up against and made it tough to sleep.

: The location was a short walk to Old Orchard Beach.
: I was not impressed with the 2 bedroom cottages we rented - they were missing pieces of baseboard molding, had multiple patches and scuff marks on the walls, the shower curtains were dirty and showers had mildew. The cottages were definitely smaller than they appeared in the pictures, were not well maintained, and were not what I expected for the price. I would definitely not return, and wish I would have read other people's reviews for the location prior to booking this non-refundable trip. Thoroughly disappointed across the board.

: I liked the location and the outside grounds were nicely kept. (Gardens were very pretty) Super easy check in and out
: The smell of cleaner or scent in that room was soooo overbearing it was almost impossible to be in the room with the door closed. The floor was very dirty and the bathroom was also pretty gross. The floor in the bathroom made us not shower there. The bathroom sink vanity was falling apart and in poor condition. Also only one trash bag. It would be helpful to keep some in the room. The “path” was super convenient but very sketchy.
