  : The location was great! Only a short walk to the boardwalk. And the view of the bay was great too
  : The only thing I disliked was the check in process. My emails told me to go to a check in location to get a key and check in package. I get there and have to have a code for a lock box, which I did not have. After talking to multiple people and waiting around for 45 minutes, I was told I did NOT have to go to the check in location. That I had direct access into the room. It was a very confusing and unnecessary check in process, that could have been avoided if I was given the correct information!

  : Communications could be improved. There was some confusion about the check-in procedure. It would also be helpful to have some written instructions in the condo for Wi-Fi, what to do with the linens, etc. We were getting conflicting messages from Vacasa, Booking com, and phone calls.

Disappointing

  : Property location was excellent. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The unit layout and location was great too.
  : Upon arrival the property was still being remodeled by workers, especially near our unit. The bedroom in Unit 103B was not finished. There was plastic left all over the furniture in the room and it was dusty. The blinds were not hung and were left on the floor. Being told that a staff member was on the way back to correct the problems, we stayed rather that relocating to another unit. We hung a sheet over the window for privacy. A maintenance worker showed up 2 days later to hang the blinds, but left all the plastic. The tile floor entrance and kitchen was dirty. There was trash left in the kitchen garbage can, which included bloody tissues. No one from housekeeping called or came. They number provided was called but it was the wrong number. We had to clean the floor and dispose of left the over trash ourselves.
