  : our room was not clean upon arrival. we had to clean it ourselves. we had to buy new comforters and blankets because the comforters were stained. the sofa and bed were so overused you couldnt lay or sit comfortably. the tvs only got one channel. outlets didnt work (and we needed them). we tried to reach out to the management company several times for a refund. however, they have not adequately responded. we couldnt relax at the property.
