  : I actually liked the retro appliances and furniture, with the exception of the bed. It was fun for my children to figure out how everything worked and there were no real problems with functioning. I also really appreciate the extra sofa bed in the foyer.
  : I didn't like the smell when I first walked in the door. Everything appeared to be clean, but the smell was foul. We never figured out why

  : Access to the beach and having an ocean view from the patio are great. And the children loved the playground with the great slides, castle and pirate ship.
  : The condo we stayed in has a very old, dirty-looking shag rug, with several black spots on it. It didn’t appear to have been washed in decades. Several of the pots for cooking were questionable. One of the sleep-sofas didn’t open. The bed in the main bedroom as well as the other sleep sofa when it was opened were very uncomfortable. Unlocking/opening the front door was fine using the code, but locking the door to leave the condo was not as good. Sometimes it worked well and other times it took many, many, many, many tries until the door finally locked. And the door to the main bedroom was difficult to open from the inside. We like the Sea Watch, but this condo, Sea Watch 907, needs an update. It is described as “retro” in the listing. It is more than just retro. It needs new rugs, doors and furniture.

  : Condo needs to be updated. We lost some sleeping arrangements because it listed a queen pull out, but it doesnt work. Appliances didn't all work as well. No staff, besides security, to help with anything.

  : The entire unit is from 1976. Which might have been acceptable if the king size bed was an actual king size mattress, and not two twins with painful springs to lie on. A disgustingly dirty shag carpet is second on the list for reasons to avoid this place. Also, no extra trash bags, filthy old furniture, and a laundry room that reeks of mold add insult to injury for a $400+ per night fee. If you gamble and book here, I highly recommend canceling within the 24-hour period if the name “Vacasa” comes through your inbox. I hear there are good units here, like the one that booking.com chooses to show on the website, which was terribly misleading for us.

  : The property is really nice. Lots to do. Location is great. Size of the condo is nice. Great view of the beach. Everything is convenient. I would stay at Sea Watch again. NOT in this condo.
  : The condo was so outdated. Shag carpet was gross. It was marketed as a King bed in the master bedroom. It was two twins pushed together. The beds were very uncomfortable. All of the dishes and silverware were dirty. Had to wash everything before using it.

  : The code provided didn’t work and we waited 2hrs to get into our room. This was extremely frustrating. The lock on the door was problematic throughout our stay.
  : The apartment location and views are great. Everything in the apartment is outdated from the furniture, beds, bathrooms etc. this would be fantastic if effort would be put into updating it. Plus if you offer a king bed provide a king bed not 2 twin beds attached.
