  : The location was excellent, the master bathroom is very small. There was no running water upon arrival 3 hours after our scheduled check in, that was addressed an additional hour later. Going into the unit we had to clean clearly visible things such as tables and cabinets. The linens had to be washed do to visible hairs. The heat went out the 1st night due to a tripped fuse which was addressed the follow morning. The oven door face fell off when we went to use it, probably because of loose screws. There was water damage on the wall of the master bedroom and floor which needs to be addressed. Other than those glitches we made the best of our stay. The staff was pleasant to speak with over the phone and tried to address our needs as quickly as possible. I would recommend this unit hoping that with each review the accommodations will improve for the next guests.

  : House was not as clean as I expected, smelled like mildew. In master bed room there is an area that looks moldy on the wall. Carpets stained in several areas. Place is dated and needs an upgrade. Found a bug on master bed (not a bed bug though) I did reach out by email and received a call from management to their credit.
