  : Spacious and ocean front.
  : Check in process. It took two hours of calling and taking and finally sending out local manager to help us to get in. The problem was there were two locks, one for apartment door and one for the main building entry door. Only apartment door lock code was provided to us. We called multiple times and talked to a few people until they sent a local manager to help us in. But the whole process took two hours. This is not what you what you want after drove three hours to get there. They should aware of how many codes or keys needed to get into the rental apartment. This check in process must improve to provide better customers experience.

  : The location was nice.
  : The issues accessing the property was a bad start. The cleanliness issue was terrible. There weren’t even bedsheets on two of the beds, we had a half roll of toilet paper total in the entire place. No paper towels. For the price we paid this was all unacceptable. Karen did bring over the missing supplies on the second day of our stay, but none of this should have happened in the first place.
