  : Overall it was a nice stay.
  : Its definitely loud as we were near the elevator. The room above ours was incredibly loud as well but manageable. The shades on the doors let a lot of light in especially when the auto lights came on around 8pm-10Pm. The floors in our room were clear of debris and sand but were very dirty, we noticed because our feet were black after taking a shower and just walking around in the room.

  : The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice
  : We had to change rooms every night of our stay. The first room the air conditioner didnt work so we had to move to another room which wasted a good amount of time that daythe second day we moved again because there was a mix up with adding a night to our stay and getting set up in a room in a different part of the hotel

  : I stayed at the Impala Suites on Jul 21st-Jul 23rd 2023. I thought the place was clean, close to the boardwalk and although our balcony was facing the pool, I was worried about nighttime noise, but it was quiet. The staff seemed very nice and made you feel welcomed. The cover parking is an added plus too. Keeps the heat off your vehicle. Easy to find as well. Loved the location. Would consider staying again being that I prefer hotels instead of motels.
  : As I was leaving to check out, the service worker came on to the elevator I was riding on with a huge trash bin and it smelled horrible. The biggest disappointment was the loud noises (small children running across the floor, loud booms as if something heavy was falling to the floor or thrown to the floor) at 6am in the morning on both Saturday, July 22nd and Sunday, July 23rd, 2023. We were staying in room #307, 3rd floor of the Impala Suites, and it was coming from the room right above us. No consideration at all for others who are also staying there. I had glowing reviews of the hotel until that happen. My husband and I were not able to get a restful sleep. When I checked out, I let the front desk know of the issue and called to speak to a manager to leave a message. I can see this as my go-to place for staying in Ocean City, NJ for future visits as long as that issue is addressed going forward. Sorry to leave this review, but I think it will help with future business for your hotel.

  : I booked the stay for my fiances birthday. I emailed the owner and told him that we were driving 7 hours and told him I didn't have a chance to grab a cake or anything since it was such a long ride so I asked him if possible if he could buy one and put it in our room. He went out of his way, with his own money, to grab me a cake for her!
  : The beds were alittle old and starting to get sunk in. The pool looked bigger in the pictures.

  : Moved from first room due to a leak. Very helpful front desk. Heater needed to be turned on and was done quickly. Price much higher in season
