  : Location was great - right on the beach. All of the amenities were a nice bonus! We slept very comfortably. I really appreciated that I could reach guest services by phone each time I called Vacasa.
  : The condo furnishings and decor are in serious need of an upgrade. The number of beds in the second bedroom made for very a cumbersome sleeping arrangement for the family member who traveled with me.

  : The location was great, right next to the beach. There was plenty of places in walking distance to eat at. The condo has a washer/dryer and dishwasher which is great for a large family like mine. The view of the ocean from the balcony wasn’t bad at all.
  : There wasn’t a whole lot that we didn’t like. The only things I could complain about was the light in the kitchen didn’t work so it was hard to see while cooking. And underneath the oven where people store pans, someone left dirty pans in it and it smelled horrible of fish.

  : I liked the size and layout of the apartment. I liked the location. I liked the price.
  : It was not clean enough at all. One bathroom was not cleaned and the floors and carpets were filthy. Walking around turned your feet black.

  : Hello my name is Justine Watson, I booked this back in 2/9 February. Through Booking.com which in the past have not had issues with in the past. But this was my first time being redirected to Vacasa. I had asked questions through booking.com to confirm the # beds and an early check in. It would not allow me to access Vacasa app till day of check in. I have multiple messages on the booking sight where I was asking if I was confirmed and had difficulties getting straight answers even when I called. I finally received a code to access this app on June 16th. I inquired multiple times if we were able to early check in. I finally received a text I could check in early at 2pm. Did not arrive till after 5pm due to unsure of early check in. The Vacasa location was closed. My first issue entering the apartment it was dirty there was trash in the living room, sheets were dirty, and bags of pill found under the bed we found. I have picture of all this if needed. They were also missing 3 beds as well. Pictures were not updated properly! This was my birthday weekend and I spent over $ 2,000 to stay here and it wasn’t clean or updated! Also everyone had to cram into beds together. Another compliant AC would not move any lower than 72. And Friday the temperature was above 97 and they said they would fix it. The vents in the home were dripping water on us when we were eating in the kitchen and had to clean up floors. Friday morning June 17th I went down to office to explain all this that had occurred they suggested I asked for a refund. I had to ask a couple times to get my parking passes as due to there was no welcome package for my apartment or in the lock box they had me open outside of this building. This was extremely frustrating to have to ask for these passes. I was told by two mangers at the site that housekeeping did not come and clean before we entered this apartment!
