  : I liked the pricing compared to many other places we had looked at to stay. Having a whole house to stay at was very nice and it was within walking distance of the beach.
  : This place looked like it had been used for way too many parties. It was in desperate need of repairs and cleaning. The upstairs sink was disgusting and clogged. The was mold, possibly black mold. With is dangerous with children. It also had nails sticking out of the sides of the stairs which was a major problem with younger children. Luckily I was able to cover them with pillows and some of our stuff so that no one got caught or sliced by the exposed nails. Not to mention that the stairs were a danger for young children to begin with. I wouldn't ever stay there again unless it was actually deep cleaned and sanitized because it was truly disgusting. It could have uses a update but that's neither here nor there.

  : That the beach wasn't a fair walk
  : The place was actually dirty and dusty. There was spiderwebs in the corners, and not even just the high corners. There was dusty stuck to the ceiling from the ceiling fans that were lined with dust that you could actually see. The dish drain was greasy with food stuck on it. The carpets literally turned my daughter's socks dingy brown and they were light pink socks. The neighbors that were staying in building 4 right next door was actually rude to us on the very first day. They had someone park in one of our spots, and when we told them nicely, the lady had such an attitude about then always hit me trying to speed off. Basically you're just paying for the location because the beach isn't a far walk.
