: Park pass was a delightful surprise!Within walking distance to Park entrance (lots of hills and unpaved path) for well conditioned walkers. Clean, great location, well appointed cabin in group of homes, families could rent different cabins in pod . Towels and bedding were fresh and comfortable. Pillows were plentiful and comfy. Kitchen had drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, and colld fridge..Playground was great for visiting grandchildrenA plumbing problem was resolved quickly and calls or messages answered promptly."Inn" next door - older residents in the larger facility were friendly and shared additional rec equipment for energetic grandsons.VACASA Customer Service was excellent.
: Unwanted visitors in cabin - big black ants and rodent activity. typical forest critters and bugs invaded foodCabin instructions indicated features that weren't available. It would be nice to have a way to get to wifi connections that other cabins in the pod had or perhaps the owners could set up a shared hot spot.

: It was a cute little cabin
: Dust on ceiling fan, I'm allergic, it was clumps not average dust. Terrible water pressure, it said there would be a DVD there and wasn't, a neighbor lent us 1 thank goodness because we spent money on on several. The worst problem is a lot of money was wasted on food, we couldn't use the oven it wasn't working, made call after call for 4 days and was told someone would come and didn't, said we would get a call back but didn't.

: The scenery was beautiful the cabin was cute
: The cabin was not checked over before we arrived there was mice feces in the pull out bed for our kids and the main bedroom also had mice feces. When we sat at the table in the kitchen I found mice feces on the table top. I tried to send a message to Vacasa but was unable due to the internet service which wasn't easy to connect. There weren't clear instructions on how to do that.
