  : The bed was very comfortable. The location was quiet.
  : My booking promised breakfast, but the breakfast room doesn't even exist any more. Even the coffee machine wasn't working. Also, the carpeting and many other aspects of the facilities are very run down, and some of the ongoing renovations appear slipshod and, frankly, quite ugly (the glass and time reception desk is hideous!). And the inside safety lock in my room was snapped off - I did not feel fully safe. I stayed here a year earlier, under the location's previous name. It was outdated but had character. Now it is just tacky.

  : The location was convenient.
  : NOTHING stated on the website was as it actually was. The room was not as described, smaller, no microwave, clearly the pictures were of a different property. There was no breakfast, no all day coffee, even the ice machine didn't work and when it did, there were bugs dispensed. The room and overall property had an odd oder and was in disrepair. There were employees that apparently stay there that spent half the day drinking, cussing, and being a nuisance. Overall a HUGE disappointment. Would have been quite happy to spend more at any of the other hotels near by.

  : Was moved to a different room after first room was inadequate Price was nice Television channel selections
  : The room we were assigned to was very sketchy- 1st floor room with blinds that didn’t even cover whole window. After moving to 2nd floor the room was much nicer however we did not get housekeeping for our room and had to go find staff to get towels for showering. No breakfast even though it was advertised.

  : Overall the hotel parking lot and inside the hotel hall way and our room was clean...However, there was a few surprises which i will write about in the negative section below.
  : What we didn't like or were surprised to find out: we noticed the side door access into the hotel building was unlocked or possibly broken and the access card wasn't necessarily needed to get inside the hotel. I would prefer it to be locked and properly function so only authorize people can get inside. It was a safety concern for me and my family with a few really young kids with us. Also, when we booked the hotel, FREE breakfast was included but when my son and i went to eat breakfast the next day we discovered that the breakfast lounge was under construction and there was nothing setup to eat and we couldn't find the front desk attendance any where to ask questions about the situation so we just went back into our room and check out shortly after. I just wish there was a clear and upfront relay of communication about this when we checked in so there was no surprise and we would have understood the situation. Also, surprisingly there was no trash can in our room for us to use; luckily we bought some groceries and was able to use those bags. Lastly, we had to drive around the property twice and was confused because the hotel name we booked online was something different than what was currently installed as the business sign on the front of the building. So after the second time the GPS told us to go there, i finally told the wife to just go inside and ask the front desk if this was the right hotel. She was told by the staff that the hotel had recently changed it's name. It might helped if there was a sign/note online or on property indicating the name changed.
