  : Ocean front view was wonderful! There was also ample parking and on site restaurant. Several pools and lazy river!
  : Room was a little small. I would not bring more then 4 people even though you can do up to 6.

  : location was very good, and looked very cleanroom, but my dog found lot of previous renter and renter's dog hair every where.
  : After we left from this property, already 3 weeks but not refund deposit$150 yet.

  : The condo wasn't very clean. Cheerios on the floor, Mold on the tube. coffee table smudges on the glass and the heat never lowered then 71.

  : The apartment was NOT cleaned appropriately after the last guest stayed in it. A few examples include: 1) bath oil, body hairs, and mold in the bath; 2) pubic hairs on the toilet; 3) microwave was not cleaned; 4) and a general overall sense of the apartment being not being well cleaned. As a person who enjoys quick ‘getaways’ (and a nurse who appreciates cleanliness) and who appreciates the changes necessary for travel while living in their era of a COVID pandemic, I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment - especially since I’m paying $130 to clean it when I leave. Ron - as the owner , if you’re paying a lot of money to clean this small space (I pay $85 for my entire home - 2300 square feet in Mount Pleasant, SC!), you may want to evaluate hiring a new housekeeping service.Again, I really liked the apartment and it was PERFECT for a quick getaway. Sadly, I will not be returning, as I had to spend an hour+ cleaning the apartment myself before settling in (and I was still uncomfortable about touching some items...)- not my idea of ‘vacation’!

  : The unit needs attention. Toilet seat needs to be replaced, bathroom us moldy, can’t use tub the jets are rusted and stained. Paint falling off balcony roof. Floor dirty and sticky. Only had a half roll of toilet paper. No kitchen linens. The Schlage lock is falling off wall. Some outlets didn’t work. Bedspreads musty smelling. No blankets or pillows for Murphy bed, sleeper sofa. Kitchen sink backed up

  : Clean wise was terrible. The linen smelled used, having a girl child, the bathroom was disgusting, everything else was good except the cleaning/hygine.
