  : It wasn’t clean the elevator didn’t work and had been down for months my 73 yr old husband had to carry all luggage up two flights of stairs refrigerator leaked bathroom leaked air conditioner filter was dirty I stayed sick with asthma because of it carpet was dirty

  : Everything. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was pubic hair everywhere In the bathroom, the bathroom had not been cleaned before.We got there. There was poop streaks in the toilet. There was trash everywhere. There was other stains. I'm not gonna talk about everywhere roach motel. We booked a king size room. They gave us a queen size room And charges the same price. The elevator was not working. The hallways were disgusting.They look like they haven't been vacuumed in ten years. Broken stoves out in the middle of the hallway. The entire place smelled like marijuana. You can't say it was.There was no service, and if there was service, it probably would have been bad. Ten out of ten, do not recommend.Do not stay if you have children.

  : I was asked to pay a deposit for the room and everything in the room was broken....no telephone, microwave was in Spanish, stove was from the 60s, remote control had duct tape on it, multiple complaints that the hotel smells like there is a dead body in it, only thing that actually worked was the refrigerator that frozen all my bottled waters

  : It wasn't cleaning hall was dirty ,The room old smell to it , I ask did they have a pool the said no I told advertisement on Google and booking said that had a pool .that was mean reason of stay so kids swimming. It was horrible .
