: I liked the look of the property online as in person, the decor in the common areas feels and looks nice.We were in town to visit family, we checked in around 4-5pm to drop bags once we got in town, we briefly were in room for a few minutes to drop off our luggage and then went to spend time with family. We got back to our room close to midnight and we have 4 kiddos 8, 6, 3, 1 who were all passed out. My wife and I carried them to the room in pairs and I left them with her to park the car. My wife was working on bathing them upon my return to the room and to our dismay the room was not very well cleaned. My wife thankfully packed sanitizing/cleaning wipes and she cleaned the room as best she could. We improvised cleaning the kids and got them to bed. We then improvised showering ourselves before going to bed This caused a lot of anxiety for my wife concerning the Covid crisis and how our family may be affected by the condition of the room.Breakfast each morning was great and specifically Chanel and Kaiya were very helpful and had great customer service helping us with food and the kiddos. We appreciated them and how they treated us during our stay. It really helped to make up for the room being under par.
: My room was dirty and not up to par for my expectation of a 4star hotel. We had a dirty tub, dirty toilet, crumbs and dead roaches in the kitchenette area, moldy shower liner, and extremely dusty air vent in the bathroom, the door to the bathroom would not latch bc the screws were loose, lightbulbs in the lamps were out, the shade for the window was broken and let in a lot of light from outside at night bc it would not open or close to block sunlight or lights outside the window, It made the stay in the room very uncomfortable thinking of what else could have been missed or glanced over and it really be clean. Part of choosing the hotel was because of the rating, cleanliness standard promoted online and amenities.I decided to speak to the front desk because we were so tired and the thought of uprooting 4 sleeping kids late night to try and switch rooms or something was unfathomable at the time, it was close to 2am at this point. In the am I talked to front staff Tempest about the condition of the room, I showed her pictures and explained the story above. She responded very well and was apologetic and spoke to management about our room. I gave her my number bc we were leaving and management was not in at the time I spoke with her. She called back and informed my of a credit for my stay and that housekeeping would be by to address the cleaning. We left and later that day my wife and I spoke to Tina in housekeeping who provided us some cleaning and fresh towels and she was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.I used the booking.com app to book another day but for some reason it did not confirm in the system and I got a call about checking out when I was under the impression another day had been booked . Once again the staff that called ( don’t have their name) was courteous and worked diligently to rectify the mishap without having to relocate my family to another facility in a busy holiday weekend. Again we were very appreciative.

: Bed comfortable. Room nice. Guy on duty (front desk) on Saturday was great and extremely helpful. Waitress in restaurant on Friday evening was great.
: Bathroom Door (slide) did not close fully and offered absolutely NO PRIVACY. Food in restaurant on Saturday night. Attitude of woman who checked us in and her manager.
