  : The staff were very kind to offer me a room away from the main highway, but because there was no elevator in the separate house, couldn’t bring my luggage up there so I stayed on the first floor, but that was very kind of them to try to help me. The breakfast was very nice. The staff was very, very helpful and professional.
  : I had to go through the lobby with my luggage and bags to my room on the first floor because there was an embankment between my car and the first floor rooms, so I couldn’t just bring my luggage from my car to my room. That was a little difficult. I had to make a few trips.

  : It was dirty, air condition system was very noisy. Windows were showing very bright light. Beds were uncomfortable and pillows were small squared like cushions. We demanded a refund they refused to co-operate. We checked out next morning and arranged another hotel. We are still awaiting a refund and reply from the Booking.com.

  : The AC worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. The shuttle bus was a convenient and cheap way to get into the city. Staff was nice.
  : All towels were stained (looked like bodily fluids) or contained human hair.

  : At the property, they have signage stating they have a $65 daily rate, but if you book online, they almost double the daily and then put a $100 fee on top of that in fine print. They want you to pay in cash and if you pay by card, they hold your funds for a week or more. It's a scam.The staff was incredibly rude, in particular "Jason" who felt the need to be extremely patronizing and condescending, essentially calling guests ignorant and illiterate. But of course, he switched up when the manager (?) was on sight, denied his actions and words (so calling guests liars) and then simply wrote "Jason" on a scrap of a post it note when asked for his name and position and all of that. The other staff (his family?) did nothing but smirk and hype him up, as if they don't rely on guests to keep their business running. The towels were scratchy and they won't give you any extras in the guise of being green. The breakfast was a joke, stale breads and tiny cups of coffee. The place itself is unsafe for women who are alone.

  : Clean room, comfy bed, and great location. There is Express Bus (white mini bus) to the New York City in front of the hotel ($4 per ride).
  : A/C works well, but it is loud.
