  : The location and breakfast were good. I'd asked for a quiet room and it definitely was, except for a few fireworks in the distance. The room had everything I needed, including a fridge that worked, a microwave, a TV, coffee maker & I was able to operate them all. There was also an iron and ironing board, but I didn't bother with them. The price was excellent, and the toilet paper was softer than another hotel in Norfolk, I'd used last month and paid $100 more for.
  : When I opened the room, it smelled musty. I either got used to it, or the air conditioning made it smell better. The carpet was somewhat damp: I figured maybe they just cleaned the carpet. (Room 150).

  : We picked it for its location and a stopping off point in our travel, but we would have stayed anywhere else after our horrible experience.
  : It was awful. If we hadn't prepaid we would have left the moment we saw the grounds, the condition of the exterior and then the room. The grounds were shabby, dirty and in disrepair. Paint peeling everywhere and the grounds cluttered. The sign out front boasted newly remodeled rooms. Ours was not. Bed bugs, filthy carpet that felt damp, mold in the air conditioner vents and other air vents. Room smelled awful. I slept in the 2 chairs and somehow my husband made it through the night in the bed.

  : Not very clean, trash all over around parking lot looks more like a motel 6 than a Comfort Inn and Suites very disappointed in exterior and interior of room. Wasn’t worth the room charge per night.

  : Bed was comfortable. It was clean. No signs of bedbugs. There was a couch in the room.
  : There were at least 3 burned out light bulbs. The drape on the window had a broken hook by the door, so it was hard to keep the window covered. The stop in the sink was broken.

  : Location was good for us. Easy to get to.
  : The whole place is falling apart. Smelled like mold and mildew. No daily cleaning service. Needs to be brought up to code on electrical not enough outlets. No ventilation fan in bathrooms. We stayed there before it was a great place But never again!
