  : The breakfast choices were very good, and I enjoyed it each morning. Maybe they could switch up the hot food choices (meat). The room size was nice and accommodated my family. The beds were comfortable. The customer service from the staff was awesome!

  : Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Shower was decent water pressure.
  : Room needed some maintenance like a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom door didn't open or close easily. Breakfast was sad offerings. Security was lacking as there were side doors left unlocked and opened.

  : Very disappointed in my stay the first room we were given had a roach in it. The other room had a smell. We were able to switch room after a staff member had to come and verify the condition of the room. After being moved to a different floor the room were still subpar. All the carpets were stain lap shades look like it had mold on them. My uncle room had trash in the drawer his tub wouldn't drain. The pool area was nasty I received a text after check in which stated housekeeping comes every three days. And if all that wasn't bad enough two of the four days we were there they ran out of towels and washcloths. Never ever again will I stay at a country inn. The only positive thing I could say is they let us use the breakfast area for our family game night

  : The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly.
  : First of all the whole first floor smelt like an ash tray mixed with cigarets and weed. The halls and elevator smelt musty and moldy. The room looked and felt dirty, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, the room was basically falling apart. None of the drains would drain, especially in the bath tub. Went to take a shower before leaving and I was standing in ankle deep water (now I’m praying I don't end up with a foot fungus). The bathroom just looked filthy. Also i would NOT recommend a “suite” for a family with young kids, normally we put our daughter (7) on the pull out couch so she has her own space and our son (2) will sleep in his pack & play. But we were not comfortable leaving her on that couch it was right next to the door so we piled the 4 of us in the bed. We looked at the breakfast selection and it was sad, and we just wanted to get out so we didn’t try it. I do not plan on staying in a hotel by Radisson ever again if this is their standard.
