: Staff were very unresponsive. Always put me on hold when I tried to change check in date and never returned my message. It was exhausting trying to reach them. Shuttle didn’t come and I took a cab and caught cold.

: Shuttle guy was great, front desk personnel great, our room (which looked to have been recently remodeled) was clean and comfortable.
: The breakfast area was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. There were ants running all over the coffee area. There was a giant cockroach running on the floor in the actual food area at breakfast time. I alerted a staff member, who attacked it with a broom. YUCK! They usually don't come out during the daylight hours, so I can just imagine how bad it is at night. Also there were flies all around the food area as well. All we could stomach was a banana, as it was protected. This was the 2nd time we stayed here on long layover at Newark Airport. The first time we had to leave before breakfast was served, and all was good. Not this time. Management needs to GET ON THIS right away. At $184 for one night, we should NOT be seeing this. Shame.
