  : The room was nice and clean.
  : Unfortunately, the sofa bed was not prepared at our arrival and it was very worn out and uncomfortable and you could feel every spring on your body, making it very difficult to sleep on. Help was reluctanty offered with an additional blanket as a cushion.Without prior notice during the booking, breakfast was not offered in the Hotel but had to be reordered daily with a Voucher of 75 euros for three people, and credit card and further details had to be provided again each day. The breakfast was then delivered in a brown bag, and we were advised to eat it in our room. This was, of course, very uncomfortable for three people with only two chairs in the room. When we pointed this out, we were informed that there was a sort of breakfast room where one could also get coffee. However, everything was packed in disposable tableware, and a real breakfast and holiday feeling could not be achieved in any way. We think that this uncommon way of providing breakfast should be announced during the booking process. A canceling of the breakfast was refused by the hotel.

  : Online reservation was fairly easy. Location near 500 Pearl St court was good. Hotel building is not old and seedy.Decor is modern boutique. Bed mattress was comfortable. Everything was clean.
  : Reservation at first seemed attractive starting about $275 but when all taxes, extra fees were added, it came to $391.-Stated this was our first stay at 50 Bowery and reception woman was friendly but failed to explain room card is required to be tapped to operate elevator and did not explain upon registering that the hotel took extra $100.00 on charge card as security for any extra charges, returned after check out. -The lighting inside elevator is very moody and dramatic but fails terribly in lighting up the pushbutton panel for floors and the necessary touch pad to execute the elevator. It's just too dark in the elevator.-Online reservation did not explain well the nature of breakfast procedure. There was $50 allowance. We did not receive the email notice in the morning as we were supposed to, called front desk in the morning, then the online breakfast ordering did not work so I personally went downstairs to front desk, front desk gave me QR reader code, insisted it should work, ordering still did not work and attendant could not help so got another front desk person to manually call in the breakfast order. To eat the breakfast on the 2nd floor lounge (our room has only one chair so 2 of could not eat in our room) where tables are located, the coffee servers were empty and there was no-one attending, so had to go to first floor reception to notify them there is no coffee (there's no house phone to the front reception) . People had to go to 1st floor reception to pick up breakfast delivery bags.-The hallways and rooms have slightly strong air freshener smell.

  : This was a wonderful location. Very walkable area. Very close to Soho and Little Italy, but within Chinatown. The food in the surrounding area was delicious and the shopping in Soho was great.
  : The staff was amazing and friendly however, we would've liked if there was better options for breakfast (food wise) and the coffee was always luke warm. We would've like more coffee additions as well i.e. flavored creamers or syrups, or possible room service. Otherwise this was a great hotel.
