  : The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was nice and large. The beds were comfortable.
  : The seating sofa was not very comfortable. There could be more seating in the living room area that is more comfortable for seating and relaxing. The tv was not easy to operate. The volume did not work so we could barely hear the sound. The kitchen could be stocked with more large pots to use for cooking.

  : The apartment was huge and very nice. It was very clean. We didn’t have much interaction with staff except on the phone to ask about parking. I would advise you to tell renters they are allowed to park on the street. Beds are very comfortable.
  : Need dish towels in the kitchen. Recommend a couple of comfortable chairs in the living room. The ones provided are not comfortable. A small table and chairs or a couple more barstools would be good.

  : like every property out there, I am sure this place has its appeals and cons too. However, it is not the property itself I want to rate as it does not feel most applicable in my situation, but the company that runs these properties — Sonder
  : There was a tornado the same day my family of five tried to stay at this property down in New Orleans on December 14th 2022. Which one can easily search up and see that a lot of damage was done and lives were lost in. https://www.wsmv.com/2022/12/15/video-inside-ef-2-tornado-that-struck-near-new-orleans/?outputType=appsUnder the Circumstances, we couldn’t and felt like we shouldn’t drag the whole family to New Orleans due to the tornado risks. Seriously, who would drag their kid and elderly parents into a situation like this.I know Sonder does refunds in their policy only 3 days in advance, but a tornado has gotta classify as a special circumstance, and there should be some flexibility to help the customer in this situation. like cmon, we are humans not preprogrammed robots, which this company felt like. Cash is king I guess…Instead all I get is this freezing thing, and I quote “the tornado didn’t hit our property directly, so no refunds”. I thought this was hilarious, because of how bad of the reason that seems logically or even common sense wise. honestly, no one could have been 100% certain that the tornado would not have hit them directly, would you put the lives of your whole family at risk like that?! And now they are basically telling me that things are fine in the end if I had stayed there, like it was my fault to somehow not see the tornado’s future path and not make it to New Orleans? It is just cold and very business like, only have an eye on their money making. It honestly just felt like the only thing that these guys is money, and there are no flexibility whatsoever for them in that glided word. it felt unethical to me to take someone’s money when a customer requested to cancel due to a tornado that struck near (and very well could have struck directly) their property. Because there was always a chance I wouldn’t be here to tell these words had I gone to the booking.

  : Some furniture required some renovation (e.g. the bed). The rooms do not have windows. The living room is big enough to accomodate a proper table for 4 people, at the moment the only option is the island in the kitchen

  : The smoke smell was horrible in the room. It caused for my asthma to act up and I ended up getting sick. The offered to change the room after they came in with spray to fog out the smell but it was too late. That really ruined it for me.

  : the upstairs neighbors were very loud, you could hear them stoping around loudly in the middle of the night! insulate floors and walls better?
