  : Location and amenities
: Cost and no parking, I think the cost was a bit high for two people

Pleasant

: The building, style and bed confort
: - A small window (cannot be opened easily) for the whole apartment. It is definitely dark- Internet is very unstable in the living room and it is impossible for working- very noisy when neighbor above are in the house

: No breakfast. Location was ok.
: The television situation was ridiculous! We could not use it, we did not have the app.Noise level was terrible in the room. People upstairs very loud along with street noise.Homeless people in and out of building was a bit much for people like us that are not use to that.

: The location was fine, we knew where it was before booking. We liked the accessibility of the elevators. The apartment appeared clean.
: The freezer didn't work, the rooms had the appeal of a prison cell. The wifi was spotty, which made the TV signal go in and out. We found and killed several roaches through the week. There was no washer/dryer in the unit as promised. There was no instructions for anything such as the wifi and gym. The toilet had a bad lever and was difficult to flush. The shower had no water pressure. The beds were uncomfortable, cheap, and flimsy. There were no dressers in the rooms, and the only place to put clothes was hanging in the closet on a 5 and a half foot bar, which was difficult for my mother in law to manage. The lighting in the rooms and bathroom was bad, so it was difficult to put on makeup, and there were no mirrors in any of the common areas that had natural lighting. The place was dated and furnished as cheaply as possible.

: So much space! A quiet apartment, well positioned away from the noise and hubbub of the French Quarter but near enough to walk everywhere to access tours and attractions. Clean and well stocked with nearly everything someone self-catering would wish. The provision of tea and coffee was a bonus together with soaps and other refinements to start. A 15 minute walk to a fantastic supermarket (Rouses) which was almost on a par with the UK Waitrose/Booths. I would recommend this apartment highly and would certainly use it again.
: Booking.Com! I could not get the TV to work as described in the user guide. I contacted Booking.Com to seek assistance but never received a reply and made do with viewing my laptop. However, when I contacted Booking.Com again to ask for 30-60 minutes extra time to vacate the apartment, to coincide with my taxi's arrival, they came back within a nanosecond charging $30 for the pleasure. After spending nearly $1200 for the stay I was disappointed (and somewhat bemused as the policy of most hotels is that checkout is 12 noon rather than 11am and even then there is some flexibility) - I'm assuming this had nothing to do with the wishes of the owner? They may wish to comment? My stay would've benefitted from the following:-Essential: A bathplug.Desirable: Oven gloves, an ovenproof dish or something flat to use for heating food, wine glasses and a tea towel.

: I did not have breakfast there, I do not believe it was provided. It seemed to me that previous people definitely smoked in the room specifically the bathroom. It's not the facility's fault as you can't control people who break the rules, but the room did smell of cigarette smoke :( Also, the washer machine does not work.Regarding the staff, the person that helped me get in the room made the experience phenomenal. This was the first time I had ever stayed in anything like this and she was patient, understanding and very kind.
: maybe put something in the room to make the smell better. Other than that, the room was very comfortable.

Wonderful

: the location and how large it was
: we could hear all the noise coming from other apartments and from outside the streets but it was manageable!
