  : Walking distance from places we were going to for FQ fest.
  : Guy who checked us in was OK. Room was smaller than pictures looked. It Is an old building, so my expectations weren't high, but some updates are definitely overdue. The cleaning that is done is just a basic surface wipe down. Price is far too high.

Very Poor

  : Maybe its location?
  : HA! The broken/crooked mirror on the wall, the floorboards caked in dust, the humidity making the floors wet, the dripping tub faucet, the dead roach/empty egg sacs in the drawers, and the used syringe on the floor behind said dresser.

  : The location was great and the staff was extremely nice.
  : The toilet would barely flush, had hair in the towels, sheets, and floor. You could hear everything at night.

Poor
Traveller Type: Traveling as Couple
  : Lack of cleaning in common areas. Poor communication with no response to emails or calls. Broken bath, socket and light. A cleaner had left a TV on full volume in the next room which was on all night. Worn bra found under bed. No coffee in the morning as promised. Manager offered a partial refund given our poor experience she said shed call us the following day. We received no call and had to follow up 10 times by phone and email. Eventually we were refunded 1/3 of what was promised. We were upset she lied to us.
