: The location off 95 was very convenient. The room was clean.
: We could not check out until the room was checked by hotel staff for damages. I have NEVER had this experience in the past after hundreds of hotel stays. Apparently the clientele served by this hotel is a bit sketchy. The desk clerk informed me that some people have damaged the rooms so they instituted this policy. Not my cup of tea… I would rather pay more and be surrounded by other guests who were not so sketchy. The staff were not unpleasant, but it is clear English is not their first language. They didn’t understand much of what I said, and I, in turn, had trouble understanding them. We welcome non smoking policies, which this hotel has. Unfortunately, guests step just outside the door to their room and smoke. The odor and fumes are carried into adjacent rooms. I would prefer a policy that asked guests to step away from the door.

: Nothing rude customer services was called to pay before arrival when I told them I was gonna to pay cash when I check in caisr. The lady was rude. I didn't check and they I told her canceled th e room but I couldn't cancel they are hiding behind the policy and will definitely charge my debit cardI believe this moneybshoule be refund immediately

: It was a nice area where we was at close to the beach only like 15 minutes from Ocean Beach State Park
: It was the worst experience I had there was roaches in my room. The beds were all dented with the springs coming out. I did not sleep well.
