: The size of the condo was perfect for my family of 6. The unit was clean and well stocked. The decor was cute but the view was breathtaking.
: The floors left our feet black each day. We had to scrub out feet with a washcloth before we got into the beds or wear shoes in the condo. It would have been nice to have a Keurig in the unit instead of a drip pot.

Poor

: This beach has always been exceptional in many previous visits
: Vacasa experience was horrible. I have often rented condos from owners in the past, and owned a rental unit of my own years ago. I know how guests should be treated and that has always been our experience in the past. Not this time. First and definitely last time with Vacasa. Worst trip ever.

: Loved location and the view
: We had cable problems as soon as we got there and we had to call mediacom...internet kept going off and on. And pool n hot tub were always blocked off.

Disappointing

: We needed a place for my groomsman to stay for my wedding and this was right down the road from the venue and it was right on the beach so the location was perfect.
: I hardly ever give reviews and this is the first negative one I have ever given... We walked into the room and it was almost like walking into a construction zone. There were pieces of wall missing with clear plastic covering those spots. There was also no dry wall or trimming around the entrance door and that also had clear plastic over that. We also noticed there was a lot of paint coming off of the cabinets in the kitchen and other items in the condo that were damaged. We also were supposed to have 8 wrist bands for the pool and we only had 7; when I called the company to see if I could either get another wrist band or not get charged $25 for the missing wrist band and another fee for other damaged items, they said we would be brought a wrist band and the damaged things would be noted. We never had anyone bring us that wrist band so hopefully we did not get charged for it and the other things. Something we didn’t notice until we went to bed and were disgusted by was there were stains on the sheets on one of the beds and it was dark in color almost like someone previously had a bloody nose or spilled something dark in color.

: Breakfast???? What breakfast???? The carpeting is a scandal, filthy...mattresses on the beds were a joke...I was more than a little disappointed, for almost 1500.00 I expected at least a clean condo and beds we could actually sleep in.
: as above, dirty carpets, bad beds...cupboards peeling paint...
