  : Location and beds were comfy. Ac was coldStaff was nice.
  : (We stayed at the viking, not Polynesian) The rooms we gross. The cupboards were falling apart,the bottom was about to fall thru, the faucet was deteriorating, and the paint was peeling off the tub. There was a hole going from inside to outside, the railing on balcony was wobbly, the walls looked rough, room for 6 people only have dishes for 5 people and a table that only sat 2 people. The tvs were small, not that we used them at all, but they were small. We complained about the room ls appearance, and they just said they will have maintenance check it out... no discount, no nothing. I paid around 200 for a night, and we were able to check inutile after 5 and had to be out by 11 am. There was also only 1 elevator. And the lights also did not work at all in one of the bedrooms and the beds had stains on them. One had blood stains on the corner or it.

  : The room was dirty. No house keeping to clean it. Had to get supplies and clean it. When asked to move, they said they didn’t have any rooms available. Door lock was half way off. Two of 4 stove burners didn’t work. Tub was filthy. Patio porch was dirty. Hotel was just a mess.
