  : i loved the location and I thought the place in general was very cute there were some things broken like a handle on door and sink was acting up before and some lights were out but I really loved it besides that

  : Broken balcony door and couldnt use the 1 balcony. Broken blinds across the balcony window. Dirty floors. Elevator broke twice. Had to wash my own towels and it wasnt next-door but two buildings over. Dirty decorative stained pillows on couch and bed. peeling paint on bathroom floor. broken pool umbrellas. missing lightbulbs above the kitchen table so the room was more dark than light. Called the first day we arrived about these problems and never had anyone come or return my call. Requested extra towels and never had anyone call or give me extra towels. poor customer service
