  : It was a gated community
  : No matter what I couldn't get a late checkout I didn't even need till 2 but it would of been nice to get until 11 like most places. On top of that the bed was beyond uncomfortable. Sat I woke up with a headache from such a bad sleep. The chairs were peeling. The carpet had multiple stains. I do cleaning for a living so I know it's possible to fix those issues. Getting keys was the worst I have to pick up the key 20 min from where I'm staying. I will not stay here again worst ever

  : The location was really good. Far enough from the busy tourist areas but with in 10-15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. It had a screened in riverfront balcony. The front door faced the complex lake/water fountain. Nice gazebo for pictures, early morning coffee or late night drinks and chatting. The residents were also pleasant to interact with as well. It was overall clean and had washer/dryer available.
  : The envelope acquisition process was a debacle. I went to the location for pick up which is so far out the way from the airport. The instructions were clear in the email but once I arrived there was not an envelope present for me. I verbally spoke to someone at their help desk who told me that I didn't need to be at the office and that everything I would need should be in the rental. She could not understand why I was at the Vacasa office, despite me telling her several times it was in the email. She said she didn't see it. I traveled to the rental complex, which required a key card for the security gate, and tailgated someone into the property. We were able to get into the rental with the keypad lock and no envelope was present, as I suspected. I text the help desk to gain help, they kept trying to direct me to go back to the office because that is where I could find my rental package with the parking pass and gate key. At this point, it is almost 10pm and it started at 645 pm. I requested a call from someone so that I could verbally clarify again what the dilemma was. I don't recall her name but she was a great help. She dispatched someone from the local office to create a new envelope for me. That gentleman called to let me know when it was ready and when I informed him that I would not be heading out again that night, he offered to deliver it to me at the rental. At check out, the distance to the office to drop the keys and then head back to the airport was a major inconvenience, especially at 3:30 am to catch a red eye flight. Furniture could be updated and carpets deep cleaned.

  : The location was central by car. Made it easy to visit places you wanted to experience.
  : Carpets were stained and filthy. Seating only had 3 chairs in living room that you wouldn't sit on. No sofa. Mattress covers, stained and disgusting. To say it is dated, is anApprox 20 minute drive to pick up key. Lockbox broken. Hosts either didn't reply or were insulting. I wish this had place to post photos. The gated community itself was clean and nice.
