  : The view from the Balcony was absolutely Beautiful!!
  : Did not like as soon as we got off the elevators to our condo the smell of Marijuana was in the hall way and all night we could smell it while sitting on the balcony from the people staying below us and my husband has Asthma , I thought this was supposed to be a non smoking facility? The white sofa in the living room is a mess with rips and holes in the upholstery we didn't even want to sit on it. The flat screen TV in the living room doesn't even work unless you brought DVDS. The beds in the bedroom , the mattresses where so uncomfortable with these thin sheets on the bed no comforter did not sleep well at all for the money we paid $430 for a One Night stay . Please property owner update your unit and then it would be a much nicer stay and worth the money being charged. Also the walls in the bedroom had marks all on the wall , a fresh coat of white paint would be so nice and the carpet in the bedroom needs to be replaced . However the most pleasant experience of our stay was the view from the balcony of the Ocean.

  : Absolutely Nothing...Maybe the Balcony to get fresh air from Beach instead of the uncleanness smell and itchy feeling inside of unit.
  : Horrible Customer Service...Unit is not fit for a family to relax and enjoy anything...Definitely not Clean for Covid related protocols...layers of Dust on Ceiling, Doors, furniture...baseboards, floors, corners, bedding, appliances...dirty, grime, filthy...Do NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT without a recent video or pictures (with newspaper date) before you go/pay! They have had so many complaints, they got a script rehearsed to let you know what you signed before coming, in that they feel no obligation to do anything! Even if they deep, deep, deep cleaned this property, I would stay away from anything this "business" is associated with due to how terrible, rude, nasty the customer service/people are!!

  : Oceanview! Walking distance from stores and restaurants.
  : No management on property.The lazy river had trash floating around.In relation to my room specifically- It was dirty and outdated. We had issues with the tv not working. They had a white sofa which looked horrible. The jets in the tub were brown and none functional. The worst part for me personally was feeling like I had to leave the place spotless in order to get my $200 deposit back. I ended up cleaning things I never touch because I didn’t wanna be charged for it.

  : The condo was great, welcoming, very clean, beds comfortable the area was nice to stay, overall a great place for fun food and relaxing. Easy beach access and the surrounding stores, bars and restaurants were A okay. I would definitely stay there again.
  : The only thing we didn't like was that the TV in the living room would not come on and we couldn't use the iron due to residue build up. Other than that we loved our stay.

  : the hairdryer in the unit is a fire hazard…. the tv in the living room area wouldn’t work properly we had to call maintenance twice but they sent someone out very quickly
