  : The staff was very polite and friendly.
  : This hotel was horrible no water pressure in the shower, only drips of water coming out of the shower head. Had to take a bath. Toilets barely flushed. The owner switched us rooms and that room was even worse. I would rate it a 0 if possible. I had other family members staying at this hotel as well and same issues. We shouldn't have had to deal with any issues as we were there to bury our father/grandfather. Terrible experience overall. Heritage House Inn, in Muleshoe, TX was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I should receive a partial refund if not the entire amount.

  : Rundown, management doesn't offer breakfast out access to lobby. Refers to covid mandates. New management that has not updated, place. A/c was unplugged and had a burned outlet.
